YDI is the selected provider for the Afterschool program at our school.

The YDI 21st CCLC Afterschool programs are federally funded programs designed to serve students throughout the state of New Mexico.  These federal grants are offered to schools that serve high-poverty areas with low academic performance.

The primary focus of these FREE programs is to improve student academic achievement, school attendance, motivation towards learning, and to provide child care for families who need it.  This is achieved through academic tutoring programs as well as academic enrichment programs.  Key enrichment activities include, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) based materials and curriculum as well as sports, games, dance, photography, videography, etc.
